Q: What is your return policy?
We are not able to provide a refund once a LicenseKey
has been delivered to you.
We
provide a free development trial version which
will work unrestriction on http://localhost
or http://127.0.0.1. Once uploaded to another
server, the control will still function, although
it will display a random 'Unlicensed' message.
The development trial does not expire, so you
can take as much time as you need to determine
if the control will be suitable for your requirements
before purchasing a LicenseKey.
The development trial version can be downloaded here.
Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. To get the get the process started, please send an email to support@basicdatepicker.com
with your request. Please specify what License
option you would like to purchase.
Q: Are free upgrades included in the price?
Yes. All minor version upgrades are free. Major upgrades will require
a new LicenseKey.
For example, if you purchase BasicDatePicker v1.0 you will be
registered for all v1.x releases; BasicDatePicker
v2.x releases would require
a new license.
Please Note: A major upgrade includes significant
new feature additions. Maintenance upgrades
are minor versions that are released
between major versions and include bug fixes
and small feature updates.
Q: When does my LicenseKey expire?
The key you purchase does not expire. You can use the version you
purchased for as long as you wish, the license key is NOT an annual
license.

Q: How do I upgrade to the next release?
Start by downloading and installing the latest
version. You do not have to uninstall the previous

a previous version, the LicenseKey will continue
to work for all minor version upgrades. For

the same LicenseKey will continue to work with
v1.1 and any future v1.x releases. Just download and
install the latest version. If using Visual
Studio .NET, you may have to recompile
your web application to pick up the new .dll.
